Philadelphia Bon Voyage provides or arranges transportation services that may include airport transportation, airport pickup, airport drop-off and event-related transportation.

Transportation destinations may include Philadelphia International Airport and other regional airports, subject to availability and confirmation.

The availability of any particular route, destination, pickup location or service is not guaranteed merely because it appears on the website.

The Book a Ride form is a transportation request form.

Submitting the form does not automatically create, guarantee or confirm a transportation reservation.

After receiving your request, Philadelphia Bon Voyage may review the details and communicate with you regarding availability, pricing, scheduling and any other information needed before the transportation arrangement is considered confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting transportation.

This may include:

• Passenger name and contact information.
• Accurate pickup location.
• Correct destination or airport.
• Correct pickup date and time.
• Flight information when applicable.
• Number of passengers.
• Important transportation instructions or requirements.

Philadelphia Bon Voyage is not responsible for difficulties caused by materially incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, submission of a transportation request does not establish a final fare or price.

Pricing, payment method, payment timing and any applicable charges may be communicated separately as part of the transportation confirmation process.

Customers should review any fare or payment information provided before accepting or confirming transportation.

If you need to change, cancel or reschedule a transportation request, please contact Philadelphia Bon Voyage as soon as reasonably possible.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, waiting-time, late-change or refund terms applicable to a confirmed ride should be communicated to the customer as part of the final transportation arrangement.

Customers should make reasonable efforts to be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup instructions and for communicating any material changes that could affect the transportation.

Travel times may vary because of traffic, road conditions, weather, construction, security procedures, airport congestion and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When transportation relates to an airline flight, customers should provide accurate flight information when available.

Airlines, airports, weather conditions, traffic, security procedures and other third parties may cause delays or schedule changes outside the control of Philadelphia Bon Voyage.

Customers should notify us of material flight changes or delays when they become aware of them.

Passengers are expected to behave reasonably and respectfully during transportation.

Passengers must not intentionally damage a vehicle, interfere with safe driving, threaten another person, engage in unlawful activity or otherwise create an unsafe transportation environment.

Transportation may be refused or discontinued when reasonably necessary to protect safety or comply with applicable law.

Transportation availability may depend on scheduling, route, passenger requirements, destination, operational capacity and other circumstances.

Philadelphia Bon Voyage may decline, modify or propose alternatives to a transportation request when the requested service cannot reasonably be provided.

Website descriptions, route examples and airport listings are informational and may be changed or updated from time to time.

The Philadelphia Bon Voyage website, including its layout, branding, text, graphics and other original website materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for legitimate personal or business enquiries relating to Philadelphia Bon Voyage services.

You must not knowingly misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the website or its forms.
